Professional Staff

Our team at Bethlehem Smiles is dedicated to providing exceptional care with compassion and expertise. Each member of our staff is highly trained, experienced, and committed to making your visit as comfortable and effective as possible. We're here to support your oral health every step of the way.

Doctors & Managing Partners

Michael J. Parsons, DMD

Michael Parsons DMD received his B.S. degree from Louisiana Tech University and his DMD from Temple University in Philadelphia. After graduation from dental school he pursued advanced training in a General Practice Residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital.

He is currently on the Lehigh Valley Hospital Dental Staff where he serves as the quality assurance chairman and a clinical instructor. He resides in Bethlehem with his wife Janet and two sons, Ryan and Matthew.

Jacquline R. Owens, DMD, MBE

Jacquline R. Owens graduated from Albright College with a B.S. in Biology and Spanish and completed a one year research program at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD. She received her DMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and her Masters Degree in Bioethics at the School of Medicine.

After graduation she pursued advanced training in a General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics completing many hours of continuing education in advanced injectable therapy for the face and jaw.

She resides in Lehigh County where she lives with her husband Michael and her two sons, Jack and Joey and their two dog Mini and Marley.

Board Certified Oral Surgeon

Dr. Markus Hill

Dr. Markus Hill is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He specializes in advanced full-mouth implant reconstruction. Dr. Hill graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2011. While in dental school, he also completed a Masters in Higher Education Management.

After dental school, Dr. Hill completed a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. Following his residency, Dr. Hill served as an oral surgeon for the Navy in Guam and San Diego.

I am from Northampton and graduated from Northampton High School. I have been in the dental field for over 20 years. I currently live in Moore Township with my husband and our daughter, along with two cats and a dog!

I’ve been in the dental field for over 5 years, with a focus on providing great customer care. While I live in the Poconos with my two dogs and two cats, I was raised in Puerto Rico.

Billing Coordinator and Surgical Scheduler

I grew up in Forks Township and graduated from Notre Dame High School. I started in Oral Surgery 18 years ago and joined Bethlehem Smiles in April 2025. I currently reside in Wilson Boro with my 4 furbabies.

I have 10 years of experience in the dental field and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for every patient. I'm from New York City and enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and two children.

Dental Hygienist

I grew up in Easton and Graduated from Easton Area High School. I then attended and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Northampton Community College. I have been working for Bethlehem Smiles since 1992. I have a son, Ben.

Tegra, RDH
Dental Hygienist

I am a Dental Hygienist and I graduated from Northampton Community College. I grew up in Whitehall and I am currently living in Northampton. When I am not working I love spending time with my Fiancé Adam and our daughter Bradley. I also love cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles!

I did not grow up in the valley, but I did graduate from Northampton Community College and have been working here as a dental hygienist for over 20 years. I keep myself busy in Saucon Valley with my husband, and my 3 boys.

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from Northampton Community College in 2023. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025. I was born and raised in New Jersey and currently live in Lower Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Colton, and our two furbabies, Jasmine and Keanue.

I was born and raised in Stroudsburg, PA. I attended Northampton Community College and graduated in 1987. I have been a dental assistant for almost 30 years. I am proud to be a part of the Bethlehem Smiles team and look forward to a long future here. I have 3 children and live in Stroudsburg with my husband Brian.

I grew up in the Nazareth area and graduated from Nazareth Area High School. I now reside in Plainfield Township with my husband Michael. Although my title is dental assistant you will more than likely see my face all around the office doing this and that.

I was born, raised and live in Bethlehem. I graduated from Liberty High School and attended The Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting. I started at Bethlehem Smiles as a patient when I was a child, and have been assisting here for over 10 years. I am married and have 3 beautiful daughters, Anastasia, Adriana & Kylie.

I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and reside with my husband and family. I am an expanded functions dental assistant, a graduate from Harcum College and have been in the dental field for over 30 years. I am passionate about helping my patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for, and take pride in creating a positive dental experience that leave patients smiling.
